Apple Picking THIS Sunday!

Hello Parents!

      Our Kadima Apple Picking Extravaganza will be taking place THIS Sunday from 2-4 at Bishop's Orchards in Guilford! With Apple Picking, Apple Eating, A Hay Ride, and Maybe a Corn Maze, this is an awesome event you do not want to miss! Here is all the information!

WHO: BEKI-BJ Kadima. Open to all students in grades 5-8. Bring friends! Parents are encouraged to attend as well!

 

WHAT: Apple Picking with your friends! This is Prime Apple Season. Right now there are Cortland, Red and Golden Delicious, Fuji, and many more varieties available. There is a Free Hay Ride (AWESOME!) and an optional Corn Maze. 

 

WHERE: Bishop's Orchards is located at 1355 BostonPost Road in Guilford. The Apple Orchards are 1/4 mile from the store but there are well marked signs to follow. We will be meeting by the big white sign describing the available apples and the pavilion. Please contact me at (203) 314-4196 if you get lost.

 

WHEN: THIS Sunday October 13 from 2-4 PM.

 

COST: The event is FREE! Apples are $1.35 a pound so a full bag of apples, should you choose to buy them, should be around $7. The optional corn maze is $6. 

 

DONATION: We do ask that you bring at least one canned food item to be donated to the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen

RSVP: Please let me know if you are planning on attending by Thursday night. My email is bekibjkadima@gmail.com. Also, if you are in need of a car pool, there are people coming from the Westville area who are willing to drive, though parents are encouraged to attend this event with their children.
