Kadima @DESK this Thursday!

Despite the rain this past weekend, Lake Compounce was a tremendous success!  The kids got a little wet, yes, but they rarely waited in lines and had a great time.  Thanks to Carmi and Yair for driving, and special thanks to Michael and Stephanie for driving and chaperoning.  And thank you again to all the parents who volunteered.  Kadima depends on help from the parents, and I was truly overwhelmed by the support this weekend!  Photos of the event are available here and on our website.

On Thursday, May 23, (that's this Thursday!) Kadima will be visiting the  Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen  again to bag up some groceries for those in need.  We'll meet at BEKI at 3:45 and be back by 6:00.  If you would like to join us, please let me know know via email or phone (617-721-8213) ASAP.

Looking ahead . . .

Save the date:  On Sunday, June 9, we will have our  End-of-the-Year Beach Party!  This event is for EVERYONE -- Kadimaniks, families, 4th Graders (the up-and-coming Kadimaniks), and USYers (the former Kadimaniks).  So pack a lunch, bring a towel, and come on out to Lighthouse Point Park between 11:00 and 3:00!
