Fun With Pottery Painting 11/14

Who doesn't love painting pottery on a Sunday afternoon? BEKI-BJ Kadima went to Branford favorite Fired Up! for some pottery painting last Sunday. We had a cozy turnout of six kids, and ate tons of snacks while we got our creative juices flowing. Advisor Sarah painted a mini version of her dog Simba (photo right), while the other attendees painted everything from mice to turtles to ice cream cones! All the glossed-up pieces will be ready in a few days, just in time to keep (or give) as Hanukkah presents!
